At Rove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
